ZeroWrx a.k.a Hj Aman-(MrZeroWrx)

The Missing word is “Zero”, if we combine it, it will be Zero/Sports not “Kereta Sports”. Actually I’m the owner of the ride. I’m kinda proud of the capability of the performance and on the current look so far. Talking about the looks. This is the one and only Rex with FULL ZeroSports Bodykit “as for now”.

Here I present my own car “ZeroWrx”

Before we elaborate further, Maybe I can tell you guys a little bit about on how Brunei Subaru Club is formed. It was started with a small gathering from Friendster. This happened in the late 2006. We gathered and tried to bring more of the Subies in Brunei Darussalam to join us. Up until now, we are getting bigger and has become a real BSC Family as you can see nowadays. If you have not been with us (and our updates) since the beginning, then I welcome you to Brunei Subaru Club Blogspot and happy reading :) I started this blogspot so that we can get along together and to share how in harmony we are as BSC 'Family' and stand strong up until now.

Back to ZeroWrx, pictures below show the overall looks from the front, rear bumper and side looks of the ZEROSPORT. This was done at Ah Wong Bodykit specialist from stock to the current exterior work.

Handling performance is slightly upgraded with TANABE Front and Rear Strut bars. Suspension setup was replaced with JIC coil-overs BUT I have replaced that again with stock suspension with Kakumei Sport Springs. This is due to the stiffness of the JIC coil-overs which I feel not really comfortable, and the same complaint also comes from my wife. :) . Stock wheels were replaced with Black Racing Pro-N1 17” x 8” wrapped with Yokohama Tires. To further improve the brake performance, Endless Brake Pads were in place, though it’s still unsafe if you go high revving with full throttle. However, at least it minimizes and helps with the braking issues.

From Handling and Suspension, now we are moving to the interesting parts, the engine bay. When we are talking about the engine bay, we will be expecting something hidden under the hood and as a true fact, some typical Bruneians will hide what inside. For me, nothing is wrong to show and share my engine performance, because at the end of the day, we GOT NOTHING to LOSE. We are here not to race but just to share our hobbies and interests to others.

We start with the 'snail' or so called as the “Turbo”. Stock turbo was replaced with HKS GT2835 turbo, and to support this snail to move faster and most importantly “SAFE”, PE 800cc injectors, PE 255/lph, Sard Fuel Regulator, Replica Greddy Oil Cooler, Apexi Air Intake, HKS Blow off Valve, Cuzco Oil Catch Tank were installed, lists of the aftermarket parts also, is to make sure the reliability of the performance and also to make sure the fuel delivery is maintained cold and sufficient same goes to the air circulation. Billion Radiator and Silicon Hoses are also to be in part of the performances because it also acts as part of reducing the hot/warm flows. Along with the above modification, Exedy Single Clutch with Cuzco cover also installed to strengthen the gear shifting and to prevent misses shifting when drag or driving fast. Exhaust System is fully customized from downpipe to the end tips to straight 3” Stainless Piping.

I’ve covered the engine, We Linked this to some electronics performances. HKS Twin Power to get better spark of the HKS spark plugs, and to smoothen the combustion. Proper Engine Modification, We need a proper engine management. HKS FCON V-Pro engine management is taking place of the stock ECU to control the overall output of the car. HKS EVC 4 Boost Controller was also in place to control the level of boost. (High or Low), and Pivot Boost Meter was installed to get a clear reading of the boosting that measured in “Bar”. As for this car, Low Boost has been setup at 1 bar and high boost at 1.3 bars. Overall output of the mod, This ZeroWrx produces 400HP. And that satisfies me as the owner.

To end, Enjoy the rest of the photoshoot, :)

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY.. Please Reduce your Speed. "Ingatlah orang yang tersayang"
